유학생에게는 신뢰할 수 있는 교육기관을 선택하는 것이 무엇보다 중요합니다. SIM Global Education(SIM GE)은 싱가포르에서 운영되는 모든 교육기관에 요구되는 Enhanced Registration Framework(ERF)에 최초로 등록된 사립 교육기관 중 하나로서 자부심을 갖고 있습니다. 또한 SIM GE는 2010년부터 SkillsFuture Singapore(SSG)가 부여하는 권위 있는 EduTrust 인증을 유지해 오고 있으며, 2022년에는 최고 등급인 EduTrust Star Award를 획득했습니다.
이 인증은 SIM GE가 우수한 학문적 기준과 건전한 운영 체계 그리고 종합적인 학생 지원 체계를 갖추고 있음을 유학생에게 보증하는 우수성의 표식입니다. 이 인증은 SIM GE가 견고한 시스템을 기반으로 높은 수준의 신뢰할 수 있는 신뢰할 수 있는 교육과 풍부한 학습 경험을 제공하도록 설계되어 있어, 여러분이 안심하고 학업에 임할 수 있음을 의미합니다.
PEI-Student Contract
SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), in aiming to enhance the confidence of students and their parents in the quality of education in Singapore, has stipulated that all PEIs must enter into a PEI-Student Contract with students.
The contract sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the student and PEI. SIM PL will honour all terms and conditions in the contract and in all communication materials. Students may request for a copy of the PEI-Student Contract from SIM PL or view it on the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) website.
Cooling-Off Period
There will be a cooling-off period of 10 calendar days commencing from and including the acceptance date of the PEI-Student Contract. Students have the right to cancel the contract within the 10 calendar days and be refunded all the Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid if the students submit written notice of withdrawal to SIM PL within the cooling off period After the cooling-off period, SIM PL’s refund policy will apply.
Fee Protection Scheme
SIM PL adopts a mandatory Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) to protect the paid fees of both local and international students. The FPS serves to protect the student’s fees in the event that the PEI is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. In addition, the FPS protects the student if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the student arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.
SIM PL has appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd (Lonpac) as our FPS insurance provider. Under the FPS insurance scheme, students’ fees will be insured by Lonpac. In case of events as stated above, students will be able to claim their paid fees from Lonpac.
