Discover your community at SIM
“The Myanmar Community at SIM (MySIM) is one of the international student clubs at SIM especially for the Myanmar students community. The objective of MYSIM is to create a home away from home for Burmese students studying at SIM and to spread awareness of our culture with international students. Whether it’s participating in events, organizing events, or even taking on leadership roles, the energy and passion our people is unbelievable. It’s this enthusiasm that not only makes our community vibrant and dynamic but also fosters a culture of active engagement and growth.” (2024)

“One of my biggest learnings as a student leader in InSIM (Indonesians in SIM) was understanding the importance of adaptability and team dynamics. Leading large-scale events taught me that things rarely go exactly as planned, but with the right mindset and a strong, supportive team, we can overcome any challenge. My greatest achievement was leading and executing impactful events that brought the Indonesian community closer together, creating a sense of home and belonging for many.” (2025)
